Our Refresher is ideal for anyone in need of a thorough reminder and update of key IFRS principles - in a practical and relevant way.

  • It may be that you have not dealt with the detail of IFRS for some time, or that you have been focusing on a select few IFRS standards in your work place, necessitating a refresher in all of the key areas.
  • It is also ideal for UK entities that apply IFRS with FRS 101 under the new UK accounting regime.

All topics are explained thoroughly, accompanied by illustrative, relevant examples (and journals where applicable).

    • Impairment testing
    • Research & development cost

    * PLEASE NOTE: IFRS 15 Revenue from Contracts with Customers and IFRS 16 Leases are covered in a separate session due to the nature and extent of these standards, ensuring delegates get a proper understanding of the key principles and impacts of each. Please see the IFRS Update page for more information on these sessions.
